Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

After the return is received, an exchange will be provided or a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, Leaking, or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, please contact JHaus Fragrance promptly. Photographs may be requested to verify the issue.

We will provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate, at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if they have not been fulfilled.
